Notes: Tubipora Musica is known as a difficult coral to keep. However once
you get a healthy specimen, it can be quite easy to raise. Also known
as "Organ Pipe" this coral is another Soft coral that is often refered to as
as a stoney coral. If you count the pinules on the polyps you will find that
this coral, much like Helipora, has 8 pinules per each polyp. This is considered
an Octocoral and thus defined as a soft coral. Once established this coral has
great growth rates as well as has been known to spawn in captivity. This coral
as well as Pocillipora Damicornis readily spawns in Reef Systems.
